Midwest FlexSystems, Inc. manufactures cables and interfaces to capture Starrett gage output and convert to digimatic format for connecting to the industry standard FlexPort line of interfaces and FlexDisplay line of remote displays.

The C-1425-06 Series cable is available in multiple formats, the standard for Midwest FlexSystems is a HIGH SPEED VERSION that many customers use in real-time applications. These cables are more than 10 times faster than those offered by our competitors.

Midwest FlexSystems has also worked with L.S. Starrett to create other dedicated products:

FP-1425 FlexPort to capture Wisdom/2700 series output and convert directly to RS232 output

a: This cable is an AutoDetect version that will automatically configure itself to the gage parameters, no configuration necessary. There is also a standard version of the cable available that needs to be configured.

b: This cable is only useable if the comparator is modified to output in MTI format.

c: This is a 3rd generation tool.

d: This cable has digimatic output that is compatible with Mitutoyo.

e: This is a 2nd generation tool.

f: This option has Opto-RS232 Output.

g: For this model, use inch-decimal mode. String length changes depending on output format.
